I hope everyone had a great week!  Starting October 1st, several counties will start mailing out property tax bills.  Please carefully look yours over and if you need to contest, an appraisal can help you prove your homes market value.  You will have 30 days upon receiving your property tax bill to contest.  If you call my office to order an appraisal and mention this blog, you will receive 10% off the cost of an appraisal.  It definitely can be worth it and save some money in the long run.  Have a great weekend!
